Apply onto dry hair. Spray approximately 30cm from the head.

For retro volume, style and dry the hair as normal. For sections where extra volume is required, curl around a large roller, then spray on OSIS Freeze. Leave to dry for a few moments, then remove the rollers and style the hair into place.
